1. About Payment:

1)  We accept COD, MasterCard, Visa, BDO, BPI, Gcash

The best way is direct online payment as it speeds up processing and delivery of your order.

2) Make sure that you have completed all the required information like contact person, address, and cellphone number when filling in your buyer's information.

2. About shipment:

1) Processing of your order is 24 hours. Once the order is placed it can no longer be cancelled. 

2) Items are shipped from overseas. We will deliver your order in 10-20 days and update you regarding shipment tracking information.

3. Return & Refund Policy

When you receive the goods, please examine it immediately whether it matches your order. If something is unsatisfied, please contact us to solve problems .

If you want to exchange the items received, you must contact us within 7 days of the receipt of your order. You should pay the additional shipping fees incurred and the items returned should be kept in their original status.

If the product is already worn or used we will no longer provide a return service because it has affected the second sale. Thank you for your understanding.
